These terms apply to this specific competition and should be read alongside our general Competition Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter
This competition is organised by So! Food Photography, Bristol, United Kingdom.
By entering this competition, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the general Competition Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK-based food and hospitality businesses, including cafés, restaurants, coffee shops, farm shops, and similar establishments.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
The competition is not open to individuals, hobbyists, or non-food businesses.
Employees of So! Food Photography, or anyone professionally connected with the competition, are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
Entry is via the official competition landing page only.
Only one entry per business per draw is permitted.
No purchase is required to enter.
4. Competition Format & Draw Dates
This competition operates as an ongoing bi-monthly prize draw, subject to review by So! Food Photography.
The current draw cut-off date is:
31 May 2026
Entries received after a cut-off date will be entered into the next available draw.
Entries that have been included in a completed draw and have not won will not be carried forward into future draws.
So! Food Photography reserves the right to amend, pause, or discontinue the competition or future draw dates at its discretion.
5. The Prize
The prize is a mini food photography shoot carried out by So! Food Photography at the winner’s premises or another agreed location.
The prize includes:
A short on-site mini shoot
Up to a maximum of 10 professionally edited digital images
Image selection and editing style remain at the discretion of So! Food Photography.
The prize does not include additional images beyond the stated maximum, extended shoot time, props, styling services beyond light on-site preparation, or travel beyond a reasonable distance from Bristol. Additional services may be available at an additional cost.
6. Prize Conditions
The shoot must take place at a mutually agreed date and time.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative service.
The winner is responsible for ensuring the business is ready for the shoot at the agreed time (including preparation of dishes and access to the location).
If the winner is unable to arrange the shoot within a reasonable timeframe, So! Food Photography reserves the right to withdraw the prize and offer it to another entrant.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the applicable cut-off date.
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, So! Food Photography reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
So! Food Photography reserves the right to announce the winning business name for promotional purposes.
8. Use of Images
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that So! Food Photography may use the resulting images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
9. Data Protection
Personal data provided as part of the competition entry will be used to administer the competition and for related communications.
Entrants may receive occasional marketing emails from So! Food Photography and can unsubscribe at any time.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
10. Liability
So! Food Photography will not be responsible for:
incomplete or invalid entries
technical failures affecting entry
delays or circumstances outside of its reasonable control
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the prize.
11. General
So! Food Photography reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or withdraw the competition where necessary.
